No smoking inside the house No external workers are allowed to work at the villa. No fireworks If your group is larger than 4 guests you need to take a daily cleaning service. Turn off the house lights during the day, or when you go out .. If you have friends in the city they can visit you for a couple of hours but they cannot stay all day or all night, otherwise there will be an additional charge of $ 50 usd per person per night. (11 guests maximum) If you loose the gate control or house key there will be a charge of $120 usd. No Djs
