Con una vista fantástica de la cordillera de Antioquia y una terraza muy grande, nuestra finca es el lugar perfecto para sus próximas vacaciones. Durante los meses cálidos, pueden disfrutar del sol en nuestra espaciosa terraza y relajarse en el cómodo jacuzzi mientras admiran las vistas impresionantes.

El anfitrión pensando en mejorar tu experiencia ofrece servicios adicionales, estos pueden ser adquiridas en la propiedad o desde nuestra plataforma: - Check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am - No noise or loud music is allowed after 12:00 am. In case of a loud noise, the building will charge a fine of 200 USD. -No parties, bachelor parties or events are allowed inside the farm. - No professional videos or photos are allowed to be taken inside the farm or in the common areas of the building. The building will charge a fine of 1000USD. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or throwing ashes. The farm will charge a fine of 200 USD. - You must register in the lobby with photo and original ID or passport. No guest will be allowed in without ID. - Minors will not be allowed to enter unless they are with their biological parents and have the documents to prove it. - If the guest is not in the apartment at 11 o'clock for check-out and is not in the building, our staff may enter the apartment to pack the things left inside and leave them in the lobby. - Guests are allowed only according to the capacity of the apartment: - It is not allowed to rent the farm to a third party. A fine of 1000usd will be charged - Any violation of the Farm rules will result in fines and the guest will be notified.

- Sin tarifas de Airbnb. La casa cuenta con 6 habitaciones, 11 camas de las cuales 8 son tamaño queen, 1 doble y 2 individuales. La casa dispone de 7 baños, uno privado para cada habitación además de uno social fuera de las habitaciones. A solo 30 minutos de Jardín. Contamos con una hermosa piscina al aire libre, jacuzzi climatizado y baño turco. En el jardín tenemos una zona de BBQ, fogata y áreas de descanso. Junto al río disponemos de un área de descanso con hamacas para relajarse al sonido del río. La casa está completamente equipada con sábanas, toallas y todo lo necesario para tener una excelente estadía. Tenemos lavadora y opción de servicio de chef privado y limpieza personalizada. Contamos con vigilancia privada las 24 horas.
