The bedrooms feature king-size and double-size beds, ensuring a restful sleep. Moreover, the living room is furnished with a comfortable and elegant sofa for relaxation. The property has two bathrooms: one is a guest bathroom and the other is a private bathroom within the bedroom. Furthermore, the panoramic views from the balcony offer a stunning visual display of lush green mountains and city lights, enhancing our guests' experience. We strive to provide all necessary amenities, including high-speed WiFi, cable television, and a fully equipped kitchen. If minors are brought onto the premises without parental consent, the police will be contacted, and a fine of 1000 USD will be imposed by Waloja. - Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM in the lobby. - Please note that any noise or loud music after 09:00 PM is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine of 200 USD, as administered by Waloja. - We kindly request that there be no parties, bachelor parties, or events held inside the apartments. - Professional videos or photos are not permitted to be taken inside the apartments or within the common areas of the building. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of 1000 USD, as enforced by Waloja. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or any area where it may affect others. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of 200 USD, as imposed by Waloja. - All guests must register in the lobby with a physical ID or passport. No exceptions will be made. - In the event that a guest is not present in the apartment at the designated check-out time of 11:00 AM and cannot be located within the building, our staff reserves the right to enter the apartment, pack any remaining belongings, and leave them in the lobby. - Please be advised that the number of guests allowed in each apartment is strictly limited: 1-bedroom apartment: Maximum occupancy of 2 people. 2-bedroom apartment: Maximum occupancy of 4 people. 3-bedroom apartment: Maximum occupancy of 6 people. - Any inappropriate behavior within the common areas of the building, including but not limited to drug use, property damage, physical altercations, or sexual misconduct, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of 200 USD, as enforced by Waloja. - The use of loudspeakers is prohibited within the common areas of the building. - Consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the common areas of the building. - Any breaches of these rules will result in fines, and the guest will be promptly notified by Waloja.
