These rules apply at all times, if broken, you will be fined and removed from the property: - No Big Parties (Up to $5000 fine) - No Prostitution - No Open Use of Drugs - No Smoking Inside (Up to $1000 fine) - No Unregistered Visitors - We must have an ID on file before a visitor arrives at the property to ensure a smooth check-in process through security - Each paying guest on the reservation may only have 1 visitor at a time - You will be charged $30 for each visitor who stays after 10pm - Respect Noise Curfew @ 12:00 am - Check Out Time @ 11:00 am ($100/hour late fee) - Respect Furniture & Decorations - Don't Rearrange Furniture - Don't lose keys (up to $300 fine) - Take care on the use utilities (Jacuzzi, Hot Tub, Water, AC). On the rate is included an average of 40USD x day, so it you go higher you will be charged for the extra amount Note: This is a high-end property and these rules are put in place by the administration of the building/community to ensure everyone's safety.
