PROPERTY RULES: 1) Each guest must register 24 hours prior to arrival and must show their ID or passport at the entrance. 2) Visitors are not allowed on the property. 3) Any damage to the properties belongings must be reported to the rental company and must be addressed and repaired within 7 business days. 4) Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes and tobacco, is strictly prohibited on the property. If found smoking inside, there is a $50 USD charge. 5) Sex tourism on the property is strictly prohibited. 6) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 7) Whenever you leave the property, turn off the air conditioning and lights, and leave the windows and front door closed. 8) To preserve the environment, we ask that you be responsible for your water and electricity consumption. 9) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. 10) We charge an additional fee if the venue is rented for parties or events.
