Welcome to Villa Mia. A Three bedroom home in the Andes mountains of Colombia. The perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway in the Magical Oriente Antioqueño. Fully equipped kitchen for 8 and the following list of amenities that will ensure a perfect stay: > A spacious living room with smart TV > Private deck with jacuzzi and BBQ grill > Workspace with incredible view > High speed Internet > Laundry > Gym > Game room > Indoor and outdoor fireplaces > Free parking And great setting spaces to relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic that offers you endlessly dreamy views. Our house has plenty of space to spend time with friends and family. This is the best option for people who want to disconnect while still being close to the city. Your furry friends are our friends and will always be welcome!

Please take time to carefully read the following information and suggestions about the house. > KITCHEN < •Please be gentle with kitchen counter. •Ninja oven will be provided for your use. Here you can bake, roast, air fry, dehydrate fruit or even make pizza. •Salt/Sugar/Oil/Vinegar will be provided. •Fully equipped kitchen for 8 guest (dishes/cups/utensils/pots and pans) •Dishwasher soap and sponge will be provided. •There will be a standard coffee maker for you and your guests to use as well as a Breville coffee machine available for rent to make cappuccinos, lattes and espressos. Fee for this will be $10 USD per day. First coffee container will be courtesy of the house, any additional coffee will inquire a fee. Please let us now if this is something that interest you for your stay so Co-host can provide equipment. > MINI BAR < Small fridge with beverages, snack bar and coffee will be available for you to purchase. > DINING < Dining table suitable for 6 guest as well as a kitchen island that will sit 3 comfortably. > LAUNDRY < There is a washer for you to use, you will have to bring your own detergent. Additionally we have partnered with “A Lavar”, a laundry mat in town that can also wash, dry, iron your clothes for a 20\% discounted price. > BATHROOMS < •Towel will be provided for each guest. Please refrain from using it for makeup removal. •Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap/toilet paper will be provided. •Master bedroom has a double shower head for your convince. > BEDROOMS < ••Master Bedroom 1: King bed/Dresser/Smart TV/Couch/Balcony,setting/Bathroom. ••Bedroom 2: Two full beds/Closet/Smart TV/Bathroom. ••Bedroom 3: Queen bed/Closet •Please do not bring food or drinks into the rooms (Water is ok). > GYM AND GAME ROOM < •Gym is inside the property available 24 hours for your convenience, please take care of gym equipment and all accessories. •Ask for our 2 mountain bikes for rent if this is to your interest. •Game room available to all visitors. Please handle with care and please don’t loose any board game accessories or you will be charged accordingly. > PARKING < Our driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles comfortably. > OUTDOOR GATE < •Gate door must remain closed at all times. •You will have the remote control with pedestrian key. They must be returned before you leave, any lost items will result in a $50 dollar fee. > FIRST AID KIT < Located in the social bathroom. Please only use in case anything is needed and please let us know that you used something so that we can replace it. > FIRE EXTINGUISHER < Located in the laundry. The instructions are in the same tank. > SECURITY < Home is located in an extremely safe and secure area however we have installed the following for your peace of mind: •External security cámaras throughout the perimeter of the property. Including gate. We DO NOT have security cameras INSIDE of the property. YOU WILL HAVE 100\% PRIVACY! •Home alarm installed if you wish to activate during your stay. Glass break sensors as well as movement detectors. Please ask co-host if you have any questions as how to use. ** We keep an inventory of all the objects. Co-host is trained to review the inventory in detail upon departure. We kindly ask that you do not take anything with you. Any lost, damaged or stolen item will be reported to Airbnb and will result in an applicable fee ** - - We are pet friendly, but we do NOT allow pets on furniture or beds. Any pet stains will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. - - Make sure to close windows and turn off lights before leaving the house at any time. - - Sensitive SEPTIC SYSTEM. Discard only LIQUIDS (No food, grease, paper, coffee grounds..) Use trashcan. - - SMOKING Is only allowed outside the property. Please DO NOT throw cigarette butts in the grass. - - PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE PROHIBITED. - - SEXUAL TOURISM PROHIBITED. - - ONLY REGISTERED VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. If you have anyone over to visit you while on property please provide their Identification to be allowed access. WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU TAKE CARE OF THIS HOUSE.
