The house has four bedrooms, one of them with two double beds, and the other three with a queen size bed. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. Whether you come as a family or as a couple, everyone will have enough space to enjoy and feel comfortable. Each room has the best quality bed linens and pillows, so you will feel at home. The house has flat screen TVs and cable service, perfect to watch some TV before going to sleep, with all the comfort you deserve. Spacious closets in every room with enough space to store all your belongings. The living room, luxurious and modern, is the ideal place to sit and chat while sharing a nice cup of coffee or tea, or why not? a drink or two if you wish. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. So, although there are several famous restaurants in the area, preparing a delicious dinner at home and sharing it with your loved ones in the dining room that serves up to 6 people, will always be a good option. Finally, the terrace with pool is perhaps everyones favorite place, and it allows you to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Medellin. A large pool to spend the afternoon, have breakfast or enjoy with friends or your partner, this will undoubtedly be the meeting place after a busy day walking around the city.

HOUSE RULES As a host, our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our place. In order for us to do that, we would sincerely appreciate it if you could follow these house rules - thank you in advance and I really appreciate your cooperation! Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. All guests must provide valid identification (passport/other) information prior to arrival. There will be no smoking inside the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply to remove odors and stains ($200 USD). Please do not rearrange our furniture. If it is discovered that guests had a party without the hosts permission, resulting in additional cleaning, police fines due to loud noises or misbehavior, guests will be responsible for any additional charges and, in the unfortunate event that disruptions alert neighbors, guests will be REQUESTED to IMMEDIATELY REMOVE the PROPERTY. PLEASE be respectful of the PROPERTY and keep it clean before leaving (Respect Our PROPERTY and Our Things). We may request an additional security deposit of up to USD 500 for the total length of stay to be paid upon arrival to cover damages, fines or other.
