The road going up to the mansion is narrow and windy, but almost all Ubers can arrive here without issue - the road is completely paved. During bad weather or 4 passengers pay a little more for Uber Comfort.. better cars. Large 14 passenger Vans can also arrive no problem. We can also have our own contacts that can assist you with transportation at any time/place.
Property Rules
PARTIES: DJs are permitted, but large speakers are not - we already have booming clear 7.1 sound in the living room, and surround sound out by the pool/jacuzzi/dance area. You may play music at all hours due to the amount of distance we have from neighbors, but at night we recommend lowering the music. GUEST POLICY: We allow up to 16 registered guests and 1 invite per guest - we do not have sneaky extra guest fees like other listings. All persons entering the house MUST present valid photo ID to our staff, and be 18+ years of age or accompanied by the parent. Our staff reserves the right to deny entry and/or remove any person from the property. PETS: Not allowed at the moment (only service animals). DAMAGES: to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 120\% of full and new replacement value. Any damage to property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest.
