The host thinking of improving your experience offers additional services, these can be purchased on the property or from our platform: With us YOU WILL NOT PAY SERVICE FEE, it is on the house! Take it as a courtesy from us so you can enjoy a nice experience from the very beginning. IMPORTANT This house is to accommodate 15 people... you can bring up to 5 guests maximum free of charge (strictly from 8 am to 6 pm) each additional guest has to pay 10 usd to access this beautiful place until 6 pm. If an additional guest (after 15) plans to stay the night, they must pay 50 usd. Before coming you must double-check certain aspects in order to avoid unwanted situations. Please make sure you have check-in guidelines saved (off-line source and these will be provided 3 days prior actual arrival). If you come from overseas, be aware electricity is 110V in the USA and standard extension plug / charger may be different. No pets (we love them though lol) No smoking inside the property (outside would be ok, take care of cigarrets butts) ⚠ ⚠ Please remember you are staying in a home, we want you to treat the space like your own. Uber is a really good option, we are really close to the airport (less than an hour) there is public transportation also like cars and local buses

Your Satisfaction is our top priority, we want you to have an amazing time with us, but also there are some aspects you need to KEEP IN MIND. IMPORTANT This house is to host 15 people..YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING UP TO 10 INVITED PEOPLE FROM 8:00 AM TO 9:00 PM NO EXCEPTION, each extra guest has to pay 25.000 COP To access this beautiful location, if one extra guest plans to stay, they will have to pay 100 usd. This is a residential home, our neighbors are families and our friends, we want to keep the good relation with them after your visit. The house main goal is to provide guests a nice space for them to rest, sleep and have a nice experience. Music at decent levels is always welcome, so is sharing time with your people. However, parties, loud events, exceeding the amount of people allowed, drugs comsuption and other serious issues will lead to eviction, which is the last thing we want to do. We just want you to follow basic rules, we trusted you by hosting you, don't let us down :) Smoking is adamantly prohibited inside the property, you could always smoke outside ( taking care of cigarret butts), if place is found smelling like cigarretes/other substances you will be fined, airbnb is taking seriously this matter as it affects coming guests. Penalty could go from 100 usd to 300. By booking you agree to pay this fee. - Do not exceed actual capacity which is 15, $100 usd extra per guest! -Strictly prohibited productions or events at location. -Pets are not allowed -Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed to stay over. -No food or drinks are allowed on the bedrooms. The bedding linens and/or carpet will be replaced at your cost if found stained. . - Please check out at 11, (any other time has to be mutually agreed), last thing we want is take money from your deposit for late check out. (50 usd every 30 min) - If provided with keys, there wil be a $ 100 charge if lost ** We are not responsible for packages (Amazon,ebay,Best Buy) sent to the address of the property.** Enjoy Cali and treat the house as yours and behave properly.
