Property Rules

House Rules EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights stay at the listings full price. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: The only guests allowed in the apartment are the guests that you checked with initially, that are listed on the reservation. Any guests that are NOT listed on this booking when checking in initially are not allowed and will cause a violation of the house rules. Identification (passport or cedula) must be provided for each guest prior to check-in. If there are any unauthorized guests in the apartment, you are subject to being kicked out and subject to a fine of $350 USD or its equivalent in COP. This includes prostitutes and minors. PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order or mail packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts. MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general fix-it requests. We ask that all of our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance teams schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the non-emergency maintenance category and wont be completed until theyve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. PETS We do allow pets, but there is a fine of $200 if there is any urine, fecal matter, or vomit or stains in the apartment KEYS/PARKING PASS If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $25 USD for a new key and $75 USD for a new key fob. If you do not return the parking pass or lose it, it is a $50 fee to replace it in time for the next guest. CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100 USD. POLICE If the police are called or any citation is issued based on noise level, parties, or any other illegal activity not stated here - there is a fine of up to $1,000 USD. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels or sheets drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules.
