We have many local private drivers, bus services that you can find on the web, or arrangements can be made through our concierge as cars with good power capacity are required to get up and to Villa Nido. ?Guests have access to the entire house, taxis and Ubers 24/7

Flexible guest policy o All guests (and anyone else visiting the property) must comply with the rules of this vacation rental and any other instructions provided by the Host during their stay. o We handle a 1 to 1 relationship. Each paying guest registered per platform is allowed one visitor per day. o In order to receive another visitor the previous visitor registered by the guest must have left the property. o Additional visitors; The value of the additional visitor is $40 USD. Example, in the case that we have 3 guests who have paid, 3 visitors are allowed per day, the fourth and subsequent visitors cost $40 USD. o All guests and/or visitors to the property must have physical and ORIGINAL identification to enter the property. • Foreigner (Passport) • Colombian ( Cedula ) Note: This rule is NOT negotiable for any reason or under any monetary value, nor remunerable, especially for visitors who may bring false documents that cause legal problems. Person who arrives and does NOT have their physical identification will be denied entry to the property, this is for YOUR safety. o The additional visitor is under the responsibility of the guests, damages or losses caused by said visitors are the responsibility of the guest in case of any claim. o We recommend using the exclusive concierge group of the house which is reliable and of the highest quality for any type of service (Transportation, chef, masseuses, etc…). The above, brought to the house OUTSIDE our exclusive service, is under YOUR responsibility as an additional visitor who must respect the house rules and will be monitored. Damage, loss or misuse of any space used by said visitors will cause a fine, measured by the seriousness of what happened. o ALL visitors causing damage, not following the rules, disrespecting any staff (security, butler, someone on duty) or causing any type of violence will be forced to leave the property ? Room Policy o The use and right of rooms is directly related to the number of guests. One guest one room. o If the guest reserves as a couple, it is assumed that they will use a room. o The use of rooms that are not within what was mentioned above, will have a charge equal to additional guest. ? Coexistence Policy o Remember that you are staying in a very exclusive sector surrounded by other villas, that is why you should keep in mind the moderate use of noise. o Guests and their visitors should minimize noise so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during hours they may be sleeping. o If the security person asks to lower the noise a bit, please consider her recommendation to avoid disturbance. ? Property Use Policy o It is defined as an event when we have more than 14 people at the same time in the Villa, in which case it must be approved in advance. o In case of carrying out a particular or extraordinary event (bachelor party, marriage, DJs, Mariachis, etc) it must be approved in advance by the host - Host. o Any small meeting must take into account the rules already expressed in terms of noise, neighborhood and visits. o The villa has special spaces for the Host; organic garden, chickens, green areas (Gardens) any type of damage caused will be sanctioned. ? Parking Policy o Guests and visitors must follow the regulations and requirements that affect parking. o Respect the guide or instructions given by the butler, host, host for better use of the spaces. o They can only park where the instructions are given by the butler, host, host. ? Security o At THE NEST LUXURY VILLA we seek 100% your safety and comfort, please take into account the rules of visitors. o At THE NEST LUXURY VILLA we have 100% security 24 hours a day for your peace of mind. ? Terraces, Balconies, Gazebo o Guests must supervise and take maximum care of the care, safety and well-being of children when using balconies, terraces, gazebos. ? Smoking Area o THE NEST LUXURY VILLA has large outdoor spaces, balconies and large spaces for smoking area. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. ? Pets o Pets or animals that are not previously authorized by the Host, Host are not allowed. Note; In case of being accepted, the specific rules regarding pets in this property are as follows: Be responsible for any damage caused by the pet inside the apartment or in the area of the common areas of the building. Take responsibility for dirt (urine, droppings, others) caused by the pet. ? Damage o The owner/manager must be informed of any damage as soon as possible. If this rule is not complied with, part of the guarantee deposit will be reduced and collected by the corresponding civil and judicial means. If the reservation was made by platforms, the corresponding case will be indicated. o To avoid damage, do not move furniture from one room to another without first obtaining the owners consent to do so. ? Compliances o Failure to comply with any of these rules implies failure to comply with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental contract. o The owner/manager has the right to terminate the guests stay if the guest breaks the house rules or causes a nuisance to neighbors and other residents of the community.
