The house has: -Air conditioning in every room, ceiling fans in all rooms, study and living dining room, and 4 floor fans. -Kitchen equipped with oven, extractor, dishwasher and refrigerator. -Living room and dining room equipped for 10 people, baby chair in the dining room. -Study with double desks and double sofa bed. -Outdoor lounge with 6 seats and outdoor dining table with 4 seats -4 sun loungers, solarium area, a mobile sunshade *Master bedroom: queen bed and double trundle bed underneath, with open closet, private bathroom, porch with exit to garden. *Bedroom 2: double bed with double trundle bed underneath, open closet, shares bathroom with bedroom 3. *Bedroom 3: two semi-double beds with open closet, shares bathroom with bedroom 2. *Study: double sofa bed, double desk and open closet. *Exterior bathroom with shower and wet area. *Laundry room, with washer, dryer and laundry room.

It is a family condominium, it is requested not to play music too loud out of respect for the neighbors and as a rule of the complex. It is the responsibility of the guests to take care of minors in the wet areas. By renting the house the guest releases the host from responsibility for any accident or mishap that may occur inside the property. Sandals or appropriate footwear must always be worn when walking in the wet areas of the house, pool and jacuzzi to avoid accidents due to slipping. In order to prevent accidents, avoid entering the rooms and internal areas of the house with wet clothes. We ask you not to lie down or use the furniture and beds with wet clothes. Although we love animals and we know how important they can be to you, for reasons of space and hygiene, pets are prohibited. The maximum number of guests is 10 people in total, no exceptions, except for children under 12 years old. We appreciate your understanding. IMPORTANT: For the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, we have a housekeeper who provides cleaning services and delicious food. This service has an additional cost of 60 thousand pesos per day including the day of departure of the guests to do the cleaning of the house. It is mandatory to take it and it is paid directly to the housekeeper. We do this with your well-being in mind. The housekeeper makes an inventory with the guests upon their arrival and departure. This is to ensure the integrity of the services and amenities we offer. In case of loss or damage of the elements these must be canceled to the housekeeper according to the price list that is shared with the guests the first day. The minimum number of nights for rental is two on weekends, and three on weekends with a holiday weekend. Keep in mind that one of the great attractions is that the house is adjacent to a nature reserve, so you can get to find wildlife.
