THE MAIN HOUSE The first floor offers a spacious and inviting living area with excellent natural light, an elegant three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a dining table for eight. The kitchen combines a rustic country style with an exclusive design and is fully equipped with a gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and ample cabinetry. It also features an island with additional chairs and a dining area for two. On this floor, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, dresser, and Smart TV, as well as a full guest bathroom and a laundry area with a washing machine. A beautiful spiral staircase made of Samán wood connects to the second floor, where you'll find: • 2 bedrooms with queen beds • 3 additional bedrooms with two single beds each • Nightstands in all bedrooms • A full guest bathroom • A living room for six with a side table The house is surrounded by wood and bamboo details, corridors, and spaces from which you can appreciate the landscape. INDEPENDENT CABIN For an even more special experience, the property features a charming independent cabin that sleeps three. It has a spacious queen bed, crafted from cedar and railroad ties, with built-in niches and drawers, two rustic-style nightstands, a dining area for two, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, coffee maker, and mini-refrigerator. You'll also find a 55-inch Smart TV and a spacious bathroom designed to let in plenty of natural light. Outside the cabin, you can enjoy two pergolas: one at the entrance, featuring a beautiful reflecting pool and landscaping, and another at the back, with a comfortable loveseat and coffee table. POOL AND OUTDOOR AREAS The property boasts approximately 3,000 m² of lawns and gardens, with palm trees and outdoor lighting that creates a special ambiance at night. The pool is surrounded by gardens and includes a pergola, an outdoor lounge area for five, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The deck surrounding the pool is constructed with thermal stone for added comfort. TWO-LEVEL KIOSK A separate, modern industrial-style space designed for entertaining and enjoying time together. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with cabinets, a grill, a stove, a refrigerator, and a dining area for six. Its blackout glass windows and pergola allow you to enjoy the space at different times of day. The second floor features a three-seater sofa, a side table, and a Samán wood bar with five chairs. SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT To complement your stay, the property has a mini court approximately 15 x 8.5 meters, suitable for soccer and volleyball. You'll also find board games such as: Chess Cards Dominoes Sapo (a traditional Colombian game) In addition, there are portable wireless speakers and hammocks for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. DESIGN AND NATURE The spaces combine wood, bamboo, stone, and carefully selected design elements. The furniture is new and features exclusive designs crafted by Rústicos La Manuela. From the entrance, with its elegant facade, garden, and LED lighting, to the various gardens and outdoor spaces, each area has been designed to offer a unique experience. PET FRIENDLY Pets are welcome. Please inquire about the conditions for their stay beforehand. CAPACITY The property has a maximum capacity of 17 guests. Children 5 years and older are considered guests within the maximum capacity of the property. Private parking is available. To ensure the upkeep of the property, gardens, and common areas, we have a few rules we would appreciate you reviewing before booking: • Foam parties are not allowed. • Fireworks are not allowed. • Campfires are not allowed. • Glass items are not allowed in the pool area. • Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. • Parking on the lawn is not permitted. • Littering in gardens or green areas is not allowed. Walking on landscaped areas is not permitted. Swimming or entering the pool is not allowed. • Paper, towels, or other items should not be flushed down the toilet. For events and day trips, please inquire and request a quote.
