Property Rules To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, it is important to comply with the following rules: ? **Pool Area** * Pets are not allowed in the pools. * Tables, chairs, or other furniture are not allowed in the pools. * Glass items are not allowed around the pools. ? **Music and Public Order** * Music must be played by **1:00 a.m.** at the latest. * Music must always be kept at a moderate volume, respecting the peace and quiet of other guests. ? **Pets** * Pets are allowed with prior authorization. * Admission depends on the animal's breed, size, and weight. * An additional charge may apply. ? **Substances** * The use of hallucinogenic substances is strictly prohibited on the property. ?? **Child Protection** * The exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving minors are strictly prohibited and are punishable offenses under Colombian law, including Law 679 of 2001. ? **Security Deposit** * A refundable security deposit of **COP $500,000** is required for groups of 2 to 15 people, subject to the property's condition upon arrival. ? **Cleaning Fee** * A cleaning fee of **COP $200,000** is charged for stays of 2 days / 1 night.
