1. General Rules of Conduct Maintain respectful behavior towards neighbors and the surroundings. Conversations and music should be kept at a moderate volume at all times. Any activities that cause damage to the property are prohibited. No additional visitors are allowed without prior authorization. ? 2. Parties and Events Parties are prohibited unless the property is designated for events (applies to event venues). For permitted events, please adhere to the established schedules, maximum number of attendees, and approved rules. An additional fee may be charged for events, and an extra deposit may be required. ? 3. Children and Minors All minors must be supervised by an adult in the pool and wet areas. Access to machinery, storage areas, the machine room, or restricted areas is prohibited. In accordance with Colombian regulations, identification will be required from all guests, including minors. ? 4. Pets (Optional, depending on the property) Pets are allowed only with prior authorization. A pet cleaning fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Owners must pick up after their pets and prevent damage. ???? 5. Pool, Jacuzzi, and Wet Areas Hours of use: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm (or your chosen hours). No running or diving. Use while intoxicated is prohibited. No food, glass, or sharp objects. Jacuzzi: Maximum occupancy is based on recommended capacity. ?? 6. Kitchen and Common Areas Please keep the kitchen clean after use. Do not leave food out of the refrigerator during your stay. Report any broken utensils or appliances immediately. ? 7. Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. ? 8. Communication and Support All requests must be made exclusively via WhatsApp to the host. For maintenance or support, please allow access to authorized personnel. ? 9. Noise and Hours Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Avoid using high-powered speakers outside of these hours. If there are complaints from neighbors, penalties will be applied or the stay will be canceled without a refund. ? 10. Parking Only in authorized areas. Do not block access roads or green areas. Maximum number of vehicles depends on the property's capacity. ? 11. Security and Cameras The property may have external security cameras. Tampering, covering, or disassembling them is prohibited. ? 12. Cleaning and Check-out Leave the property in a generally tidy condition. Take out the trash to the designated areas. Report any damage before check-out. Check-out must be on time, as agreed. ? 13. Lost Items or Damage We are not responsible for items left behind after check-out. Any damage caused intentionally or by misuse will be deducted from the deposit. ? 14. Legal and Regulations The sexual exploitation of minors is prohibited. Minors are not permitted entry without legal guardianship. All guests will be required to present identification upon check-in. ? 15. Alcohol and Substances Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted. Illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous behavior are prohibited. ? BONUS: Special Rules for Large Properties or Properties with a Caretaker Respect the caretaker's schedule and rules. Do not enter the lake, stables, or animal areas without authorization. Do not feed animals without permission. Check before using stoves, campfires, or BBQs. Campfires are permitted only in designated areas and until 11:00 pm.
