-Guests must fill out the guest contract with identification information. -The standard capacity is 15 people, but up to 5 extra people are accepted for an additional price per person. -The guest must deliver the property in a good state of hygiene and cleanliness. There is an additional cleaning fee of 65.000 COP. -The maximum time the jacuzzi can be turned on is at 8pm and the maximum time the jacuzzi can be turned off is at 10pm. -The administration allows sound until 1 am maximum, after that you can listen to music at a low volume. -Smoking is prohibited inside the house. -If you are bringing pets, you must inform the breed and number of pets, and be authorized. -Any damage caused to the property or its goods, or fine imposed by the guest's behavior must be assumed by the guest. -We are not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings on the properties. Guests must keep an eye on their belongings. -Only the main guest and his/her companions listed in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. -Other persons are not allowed to enter the property. -We are not responsible for failures in public services provided by independent companies.
