Welcome to Villa California, a charming place in Sopetran. Our property is located only 50 minutes from Medellin. The place has a nice space where you can breathe the tranquility and beauty of the mountains. It has large green areas, WiFi, TV, equipped kitchen. Pets are allowed and this is an ideal place for events, with space for up to 70 people in its eight rooms and two cabins. The property has a swimming pool for adults and a kiosk (capacity 50 people) with a bar, stage and lights. There is also a pool table, a soccer field and a barbecue area for the whole family to enjoy. The main property is where up to 20 people stay in 4 bedrooms. The fifth and sixth bedroom have an additional cost if required. And two more cabins (one with air conditioning and one without air conditioning) are rented for larger groups.

• Property subject to the current police code (Law 1801 of 2016). • Events are allowed • For larger groups and events, it must be reported. • The use of all kinds of weapons is prohibited. • It is the duty of every tenant, family member and guest to maintain order and cleanliness in the Finca facilities and care for all property. • The waste must be deposited in the garbage cans. • Pets are allowed with prior authorization and everything must be left completely collected and clean. • Leave the pool surroundings in order and neat. • The consumption of food in the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited. • The property should only enter the number of people that were agreed at the time of booking, the entry of occasional visitors is not allowed. • Any damage caused to the property or belongings to the property must be reported to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended to and repaired in less than 7 business days. • It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substance inside the house, including cigarettes and tobacco. • Sex tourism within the property is totally prohibited. • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • All visitors and guests must be registered.
