With a fantastic view of the Antioquia mountain range and a very large terrace, our farm is the perfect place for your next vacation. During the warm months, you can enjoy the sun on our spacious terrace and comfortable hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views.

The host thinking of improving your experience offers additional services, these can be purchased on the property or from our platform: - Check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am - No noise or loud music is allowed after 12:00 am. In case of a loud noise, the building will charge a fine of 200 USD. -No parties, bachelor parties or events are allowed inside the farm. - No professional videos or photos are allowed to be taken inside the farm or in the common areas of the building. The building will charge a fine of 1000USD. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or throwing ashes. The farm will charge a fine of 200 USD. - You must register in the lobby with photo and original ID or passport. No guest will be allowed in without ID. - Minors will not be allowed to enter unless they are with their biological parents and have the documents to prove it. - If the guest is not in the apartment at 11 o'clock for check-out and is not in the building, our staff may enter the apartment to pack the things left inside and leave them in the lobby. - Guests are allowed only according to the capacity of the apartment: - It is not allowed to rent the farm to a third party. A fine of 1000usd will be charged - Any violation of the Farm rules will result in fines and the guest will be notified.
