Non-compliance with the rules will lead to a penalty of $200. - Pets are not allowed; unauthorized pets in the apartment will lead to a penalty of $200. - Please be aware that for instant bookings the same day we cannot guarantee check in at 3pm. - Unauthorized late check-out will lead to a penalty of $100. - We are not responsible for the loss of objects left outside the safe. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal objects when the guest has had visitors in the apartment. - Please be advised that we are not responsible for external noise (street, restaurants, neighbors, constructions, etc). - Noise policy: You may be warned once if there is a noise complaint during your stay. The second complaint will result in a $50 fine via the Airbnb resolution center, and repeated violations will be met with eviction by our security staff.
