The host thinking of improving your experience offers additional services, these can be purchased on the property or from our platform: The house is located in the middle of a 35 hectare nature reserve 2 hours from Medellin, or 1.5 hours from the MDE international airport. It is not possible to drive all the way to the house, there is a 5 minute walk from where the road ends. A 4x4 vehicle or motorcycle is required to get to the on-site parking area at the end of the road. If you come by bus, I can help arrange transportation from the highway to the parking area if necessary, with at least one days advance notice. From there the house is a 5 minute hike. The closest store is a 40 minute hike from the house, and they don’t have much of anything, and often aren’t open, so I recommend bringing with you anything you might need during your stay.
