If minors are brought onto the premises without parental consent, the police will be contacted, and a fine of 1000 USD will be imposed by Waloja. - Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM in the lobby. - Please note that any noise or loud music after 11:00 PM is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine of 200 USD, as administered by Waloja. - We kindly request that there be no parties, bachelor parties, or events held inside The Villa. - Professional videos or photos are not permitted to be taken inside the apartments or within the common areas of the building. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of 1000 USD, as enforced by Waloja. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or any area where it may affect others. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of 200 USD, as imposed by Waloja. - In the event that a guest is not present in the apartment at the designated check-out time of 11:00 AM and cannot be located within the building, our staff reserves the right to enter the apartment, pack any remaining belongings, and leave them in the lobby. - Any inappropriate behavior within the common areas of the house, including but not limited to drug use, property damage, physical altercations, or sexual misconduct, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of 200 USD, as enforced by Waloja. Pets are just allowed if the guest has registered them accordingly before check in. Additionally, you should be responsible for the waste your pets leave behind. If not, the owner will charge a fine of 200USD - The use of loudspeakers is prohibited within the common areas of the house. - Consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the common areas of the building. - Pets are not allowed to use the wet areas. - Any breaches of these rules will result in fines, and the guest will be promptly notified by Waloja. - Guests are reminded that pets are not allowed in the pool area. Violators will be fined $200 USD. -By law we can’t allow more than 18 people inside the Villa, please make sure to follow this rule. The property can only be occupied by the renter and their registered guests, It's not allowed to borrow or let someone else besides you occupy the property. If this happens, the contract can be finished and cancelled immediately with no right to any refund from the moment of the events, and the owner will charge a fine of 300USD.
