Property Rules
- Property subject to the current police code (Law 1801 of 2016). - Noise must be moderate. - Parties with DJs or sound booths are not allowed. - The use of all kinds of weapons is prohibited. - It is the duty of all tenants, family members and guests to maintain order and cleanliness in the facilities of the Finca and the care of all property. - Waste must be deposited in the trash cans. - Pyrotechnics are prohibited. - Pets are allowed with prior authorization and everything must be left completely picked up and clean. - The area around the pool must be left tidy and clean. - The consumption of food in the pool or Turkish bath is prohibited. - Only the number of people that were contracted at the time of booking must enter the property, the entry of occasional visitors is not allowed. - Any damage caused to the property or property belongings must be notified to the company providing the rental service and must be attended and repaired in less than 7 working days. - Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property premises, including cigarettes and tobacco. There is a $150,000 COP fee if you are found smoking indoors. - Sex tourism inside the property is totally prohibited. - Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Every time you leave the property, turn off the air conditioning.
