• Property subject to the current Police Code (Law 1801 of 2016). • Noise must be moderate. • Parties with DJs or sound booths are not permitted. • The use of any kind of weapons is prohibited. • It is the responsibility of all tenants, family members, and guests to maintain order and cleanliness in the Estate's facilities and to take care of all property. • Waste must be disposed of in the trash cans. • Fireworks are prohibited. • Pets are allowed with prior authorization, and everything must be left completely clean and tidy. Additional charges apply. • The pool area must be left tidy and clean. • Consuming food in the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited. • Only the number of people agreed upon at the time of booking may enter the property. Occasional visitors, or those with prior authorization and payment, are not permitted.
