1) Each guest must be registered 24 hours before arrival and must show their identity card or passport at the entrance. 2) The entrance of non registered visitors to the property is prohibited. 3) Any damage caused to the property or its belongings must be reported to the company providing the rental service and must be attended to and repaired in less than 7 business days. 4) Smoking of any kind of substance is strictly prohibited on the premises of the property, including cigars and tobacco. There is a $150,000 COP fee if you are found smoking inside. 5) Sex tourism within the property is totally prohibited. 6) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 7) Every time you leave the property, turn off the A/C, the lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed. 8) To preserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and electricity. 9) Check out is at 12:00 p.m. 10) We will have an additional charge for parties or events. * Late check-out: Please note that all check-outs must be done before 12pm, otherwise we will have to charge a late check-out fee. In some cases, we can grant a late check-out at no additional charge if we do not have a same-day check-in. Rate: $150,000 COP per hour. *All visitors and guests must be registered. * Each guest must provide a copy of their passport or valid photo ID.
