The Las Palmas Mansion (TLPM) is perfect for a fun trip to Medellin, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, musicians, etc. It is very centrally located. It is a very unique type of a house designed for fun, but it is also perfect for a family getaway. Please note that the Jacuzzi and pool are for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Please note that you are allowed visitors, but under no circumstances is a minor (Under 18) is allowed to enter the property without the supervision of a parent(s) or a legal guardian.

- Guests are always welcomed in the House. There is NO additional charge for the guests, but no more than 15 guests are allowed in the house. - Please note that 7 of the 8 bedrooms come with a private bathrooms. - Each bedroom has it's own air conditioner. In Medellin, people rarely use air conditioners but just in case, you want it to be freezing cold in the room, you have the ability to do so. - There are portable heaters available at the Mansion. - The guests are allowed to use the heated large Jacuzzi in the house, but because of it's large size, please note that it needs an hour to be filled up with water. The Jacuzzi functions with a gas tank. First gas tank is included in the reservation. Afterwards, each gas tank is $60 per gas tank. - The Mansion welcomes you to have fun, play music and enjoy yourself among your friends and invited guests. The Palace does not allow any heavy parties including ones with DJs, live concerts, etc. This is not a party house. - A daily maid service is available upon request for $30 per day. - The Mansion is perfect for families as well as those looking for a super VIP experience in Medellin, but might not be suitable for infant because of the presence of the pool. The pool does not have a security gate. - A breakfast service available upon request and is $10 per meal per person with a minimum charge of $50. This includes the cook and the material. For chef service for lunch, dinner, and private events, a separate price can be negotiated. - The Pool is heated, but there is an extra charge of $150 per day for using the gas heater to heat the pool. - The property comes with a virtual VIP concierge to make your stay more comfortable. This is included in the price. The property come with an onsite 24/7 manager for your safety and comfort. - The checkin is generally after 3 PM and the checkout is at 12 PM. Afterwards, there is a charge of $45 per hour for late checkout, pending that there are no reservations for that day. Depending on the availability, an early checkin can be arranged. - Transportation service is available upon request including airport pickup. Prices can be negotiated after a confirmed reservation. - A small dog or cat is permitted per stay. One pet per stay. There is an extra charge of $250 for this.
