The Aragon Luxury Duplex is a modern, elegant, and professionally designed apartment located in El Poblado within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, and fun activities including Manila, Parque Poblado, and Parque Lleras. One apartment per floor for maximum privacy. The bedrooms have over-sized beds and are designed for comfort and fun. Each bedroom is equipped with an A/C and a TV. The building is fully staffed with reception and 24/7 security guards in the lobby.

The Aragon Luxury Lofts (Aragon) is a stylish and modern new building designed for fun! The Aragon is perfect for a fun trip to Medellin, Bachelor/Bachelorette get togethers, musicians, etc. Please note that there is a large Jacuzzi/typical size of a small pool inside the building. The Jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of 4 lofts that are in the building. This does not include the Penthouse because the penthouse has two Jacuzzis inside. Please note that you are allowed visitors, but under no circumstances is a minor (Under 18) is allowed to enter the property without the supervision of a parent(s) or a legal guardian.

The Aragon Luxury Lofts (Aragon) is a stylish and modern new building designed for fun! The Aragon is perfect for a fun trip to Medellin, Bachelor/Bachelorette get togethers, musicians, etc. Please note that there is a large Jacuzzi/typical size of a small pool inside the building. The Jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of 4 lofts that are in the building. This does not include the Penthouse because the penthouse has two Jacuzzis inside. Please note that you are allowed visitors, but under no circumstances is a minor (Under 18) is allowed to enter the property without the supervision of a parent(s) or a legal guardian. In addition: - Guests are always welcomed in the Aragon. There is NO additional charge for the guests, but there is a total limit of 8 people at any given time in the suite. - All bedrooms come with a private bathroom. - Small get togethers, fun activities, etc. are allowed but must follow certain rules outside of this listing and always must follow local laws and regulations. - Each bedroom has its own air conditioner. In Medellin, people rarely use air conditioners but just in case, you want it to be freezing cold in the room, you can do so. - There are portable heaters available at the Aragon. - The daily cleaning is available for $25 per day. - The guests are allowed to listen to music and have a great time in the Aragon with visitors and invited friends. There are no DJs or professional sound equipment including RX controllers allowed. - The guests are allowed to use the large, heated Jacuzzi in the Aragon, but because of its large size, please note that it needs an hour to be filled up with water. There is a time limit of 3-Hour per group. - The Aragon welcomes you to have fun, play music and enjoy yourself among your friends and invited guests. The Palace does not allow any heavy parties including ones with DJs, live concerts, etc. - A daily maid service is available upon request for $30 per day. - The Palace is perfect for families as well as those looking for a super VIP experience in Medellin but might not be suitable for infants. - A breakfast service is available upon request and is $50 per meal for group of 4 or less, and, then $10 per person after the first four people. - The property comes with a virtual VIP concierge to make your stay more comfortable. This is included in the price. - The property comes with a 24/7 administrator that is onsite but DOES NOT stay in the Loft with you and is there primarily for your safety and convenience. - The checkout is at 12 PM. Afterwards, there is a charge of $45 per hour for late checkout, pending that there are no reservations for that day. - Transportation service is available upon request including airport pickup. Prices can be negotiated after a confirmed reservation. - A small dog or cat is permitted per stay. There is an extra charge of $150 for this. If you have additional pets, please contact me before making the reservation. * Please note that the space is unfortunately not handicap friendly due to stairs, etc. * Here is a summary of what is in the Loft: 3 Bedrooms, all with their private bathrooms, one extra bathrooms to make it 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioner. All rooms have TVs. There are one additional TVs making it a total of 4 TVs in the Loft.
