It is nearby El Tesoro Mall within minutes from nightlife districts of Lleras Park, Las Palmas, and multitude of shopping centers, restaurants, bars, discotheques, spas, and more. The rooms are equipped with AC, safes, most with TVs, with high speed fiberoptic network in the House.

The House is perfect for a fun trip to Medellin, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, musicians, etc etc etc. It is very centrally located. It is a very unique type of a house. Please note that one of the six bedrooms is small with a single bed. The aforementioned bedroom is located on the second floor. Please note that the Jacuzzi is heated. Last but not least, please note that you are allowed visitors, but under no circumstances is a minor (Under 18) is allowed to enter the property without the supervision of a parent(s) or a legal guardian.

- Guests are always welcomed in the House. There is NO additional charge for the guests. - The House welcomes you to have fun, play music and enjoy yourself among your friends and invited guests. The House does not allow any heavy parties including ones with DJs, live concerts, etc. No DJ RX or other control tables. The house comes with a speaker to listen to your music. - The guests are allowed to use the heated large Jacuzzi in the house, but because of its large size, please note that it needs an hour to be filled up with water. The Jacuzzi functions with a gas tank. First gas tank is included in the reservation. Afterwards, each gas tank is $60 per gas tank. - A daily maid service is available upon request for $30 per day. - This a fun house and is perfect for families as well as those bachelors looking for a super VIP experience in Medellin. - A chef service available upon request and the price is negotiated on case-by-case basis. Breakfast service is $10 per per person with a $40 minimum. - All of the bedrooms are equipped with A/Cs (Air conditioners) with the exception of one bedroom. - Four of the bedrooms have a HD TV installed. - The property comes with an onsite manger/security person to make your stay comfortable and safe. The person does not need to interact with the guests or be in the principal part of the house. - The checkout is at 11 AM, but can be extended to 1 PM based at no charge based on existing reservation(s). Afterwards, there is a charge of $45 per hour for late checkout, pending that there are no reservations for that day.
