-Por ser un conjunto residencial Acogido al régimen de propiedad horizontal No está permitido el volumen alto después de las 11 P.M. de igual forma no están permitidas las fiestas. -La casa siempre debe ser atendida por un una señora colaboradora nuestra ,la cual cocina muy rico y mantiene la casa en completo orden y aseo (el pago de ella se realiza diariamente por los huéspedes) su valor es $60.000 pesos el día y su horario es de 8:00am a 4:00 pm. -Las mascotas son bienvenidas a este hogar. Recuerde ubicar su comida en un lugar apropiado, Qué realicen sus necesidades fuera de la casa y por favor recogerlas. Está prohibido que las mascotas ingresen a la zonas húmedas incluida la piscina. -Si usted encuentra algo que no esté funcionando correctamente por favor notifíquelo oportunamente Para tomar medidas correctivas y evitar Cargos injustificados por daños
