Property subject to the current police code (Law 1801 of 2016). Sex tourism prohibited. Guests are not admitted without informing the administration. No parties are allowed. The house is in a residential area so noise should be moderate. If the noise and behavior is not appropriate, the police can come, you will have a fine and even more, be removed from the house. House has a club area to play music and have fun. There is no access to the pool after hours.
