-Guests must provide identification information in order to generate the order to enter the apartment. -At the moment of entering the building, the administration will ask for your identification documents. The value of the handle given in the building is included in the price. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 10 people. -Check in time is at 3pm (depending on the availability of the apartment we can be flexible). Check out time is at 1pm. Consultation for late check out. -The guest must deliver the property in a good state of hygiene and cleanliness. -There is a person who does housekeeping during the stay (it is included in the rate.) Conditions: -Pets are not allowed in the apartment,nor in the building. -Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment. -Any damage caused to the property or its goods, or any fine imposed by the guest's behavior must be assumed by the guest. -Only the main guest and his/her companions listed in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. -No other persons are allowed to enter the property. -We are not responsible for failures in public services provided by the public utilities in the area.
