Property Rules
Property subject to the current police code (Law 1801 of 2016). For larger groups and events, information must be provided. Noise must be moderate. Parties with DJs or sound booths are not allowed. The use of all kinds of weapons is prohibited. It is the duty of all tenants, family members and guests to maintain order and cleanliness in the facilities of the Finca and to take care of all property. Waste must be deposited in the trash cans. Pyrotechnics are prohibited. Pets are allowed with prior authorization and everything must be left completely picked up and clean. The area around the pool must be left tidy and clean. The consumption of food in the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited. Only the number of people that were contracted at the time of the reservation must enter the property, the entry of occasional visitors is not allowed. The use of the jacuzzi is 3 hours per day.
