Property subject to the current police code (Law 1801 of 2016). The use of all kinds of weapons is prohibited. It is the duty of all tenants, family members and guests to maintain order and cleanliness in the facilities of the Finca and to take care of all property. Waste must be deposited in the trash cans. Pyrotechnics are prohibited. Leave the area around the pool in order and tidy. The consumption of food in the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited. Only the number of people that were contracted at the time of the reservation should enter the property, the entry of occasional visitors is not allowed. Noise should be moderate. Pets are allowed with prior authorization and everything must be left completely clean and tidy. The Turkish bath is available all day and the Jacuzzi has an additional cost. It is turned on for 4 hours per day.
