Welcome to Cottage La Salazar, a Beautiful property in Copacabana. It is the ideal Villa for a nice holiday, resting and recreation. It has beautiful views, surrounded by nature, with nice accommodations and an infrastructure that will help you relax and enjoy in the most comfortable way possible. The property offers 7 big bedrooms with space for up to 40 guests. There is a lovely swimming pool and a nice jacuzzy. You will also find a BBQ area and a steem room (sauna) for your enjoyment and pleasure. The kids will also have their own swimming pool and there are open areas where you can play soccer and other sports. It is the perfect place for renting with your family or friends and living a countryside experience without having to go too far from the city.

- For larger groups and events, please inform. - Property subject to the current police code (Law 1801 of 2016). - Noise must be moderate. - It is not allowed to bring speakers, baffles or sound devices. - Parties with DJs or sound booths are not allowed. - The use of all kinds of weapons is prohibited. - It is the duty of all tenants, family members and guests to maintain order and cleanliness in the facilities of the Finca and to take care of all property. - Waste must be deposited in the trash cans. - Pyrotechnics are prohibited. - Pets are allowed with prior authorization and everything must be left completely picked up and clean. - The area around the pool must be left tidy and clean. - The consumption of food in the pool or jacuzzi is prohibited. - Only the number of people that were agreed at the time of the reservation must enter the property, the entry of occasional visitors is not allowed.
